Terms and Conditions.

By reserving your place you agree to the Luxury Sports Breaks (LSB) terms and conditions:

 

Your booking is for accommodation as specified on our website, in Brac, Croatia. Flights and transfers NOT included.

Coaching, catering and other services are complimentary.

Your booking is secured with a 20 percent deposit, non-refundable. Full payment is due 28 days prior to your arrival. Your reservation is non-transferable, unless specifically agreed with LSB.

Binding agreement comes into force when we reply with confirmation of your reservation.

Your reservation is not confirmed until LSB receive your deposit. If full payment is not received by 28 days prior to arrival, LSB reserve right to cancel your booking. If LSB cancel the camp, we will offer you a full refund, or an alternative retreat. LSB reserve right to change the schedule and plans on camp. LSB reserve right to change price compared to website before you pay.  LSB reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. LSB reserves the right to exclude, refuse or reject any individual or individuals from the premises. You agree to any photography being used by LSB for future marketing purposes.

You acknowledge the risks and responsibilities of a group active retreat and assume full liability for health and any injury occurring on our camp. You do not suffer from any pre-existing medical condition or disability that may impact your trip arrangements. Please contact us prior to reservation to discuss your requirements. You must inform LSB of any health and fitness issues. By confirming your reservation, you confirm a good level of health and fitness.

LSB are not liable for any injuries on camp. LSB are not liable for loss or damage to your personal possessions. You will be liable for the cost of any damage by you to LSB or other property or equipment.

LSB are not liable and will not pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by “unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances” such as any event beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include warfare and acts or threats of terrorism, civil disruption, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions.

Optional excursions and activities: LSB may provide you with information about optional activities and excursions which do not form part of your camp/retreat arrangements and which are available in the area you are visiting. We have no involvement in any such activities or excursions which are not run, supervised or controlled in any way by us. They are provided by local operators or other providers who are entirely independent of us and they may or may not have their own public liability insurance.

You must have the necessary valid and accurate documentation for your travel and stay in Croatia. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to Passport(s) and Visas (where necessary) and any licences. You must have your own travel and/or health insurance.

The information contained on our website and in our other advertising material is believed correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing or publication. However, errors may occasionally occur and information may subsequently change

The person making the reservation confirms that he/she is 18 years or older at the time of the reservation and where making a reservation for groups (larger than one) that person is responsible for confirming the agreement with all other attendees of the group. That person also consents to the use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable, special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements).

LSB will communicate with you by e-mail. You must therefore check your e-mails on a regular basis. LSB may also contact you by telephone and/or post if we cannot, for whatever reason, contact you by e-mail. It is your responsibility to ensure we have up to date contact information for you at all times.
