Trail Running Camps

We provide a luxurious retreat based at exclusive accommodation, for runners of all abilities wishing to explore new trails, make friends and have fun while gaining from professional and individualised coaching advice.

Taking place in the stunning and dramatic scenery of the Adriatic coastline on the island of Brač, this trail running break explores beautiful and remote running trails local to the island, some coastal, some hilly, some forested. 

The trails start right from the villa door. We are based on the quiet and less developed side of the island which makes for a more safe training environment for both running and cycling. This means you can escape traffic, noise and other tourists, jumping straight onto the coastal trails a few meters from your accommodation.

With a quiet private bay just a few steps down from the villa, you can also swim, or, play water sports in calm, safe waters.

We welcome all abilities!

We welcome non-running friends and partners.

 

If you’re looking for a helping hand to get into running and trails or if you are looking for specific help to progress on to the next level of performance we are happy to help.

What to expect:

  • A mixed ability coached camp

  • Multiple guided trail runs spread over your stay. The trail runs have optional distances to cater for varying abilities.

  • Specific advice on running technique, fuelling pre, during and after running, uphill and downhill running advice, map reading and route planning, how to  pace your runs and race strategy

  • Talks on strength and conditioning, injury prevention, effective training strategies and sports psychology.

  • Run leaders who will can accommodate differing fitness levels and paces

  • individualised training advice for each guest and coaching time

  • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner provided  with a good selection of options (happy to cater for fussy eaters).

  • Free time to socialise, sunbathe and swim in the pool or explore the local surroundings and the villa’s private bay.

A specific schedule of the running break will be sent to you once you have reserved your place.

*Throughout the camp your personal 1-2-1 coaching time can be arranged for a time that suits you during your stay.

*Morning runs will have different options for routes and distances to suit all levels and abilities. All runs are optional are you can do as much or as little as you like
